The thesis
London has three overlapping problems: thousands of intelligent young people who are underemployed; SMEs that know AI matters but can't afford traditional consulting; and skills providers teaching theory rather than commercial delivery. These problems can solve each other.
The long-term vision
Over time we expect to evolve into:
- A respected AI consultancy serving SMEs.
- A technical academy producing work-ready professionals.
- A recruitment and talent partner for employers building AI capability.
- A venture studio launching products developed through client engagements.
- An innovation hub connecting business, investors, universities and local government.
- A social enterprise improving employment outcomes while remaining commercially sustainable.
Each activity reinforces the others. Consultancy generates real projects for trainees. Training creates capable consultants. Successful projects become case studies and potential software products. Businesses that benefit become hiring partners. That's the flywheel.
